lnternational Court of Arbitration
Foremost among the many practical services to business offered by the
International Chamber of Commerce is the ICC International Court of
Arbitration, the world's leading institution for settling international
commercial disputes by arbitration. The ICC Court was created in 1923. It
has received over 10,000 requests.
The ICC International Court of Arbitration is an administrative body that
assists parties and arbitral tribunals in the conduct of arbitration
procedures under the ICC Rules of Arbitration. While the Court meets in
Paris, ICC arbitral tribunals conduct procedures in some 35 different
countries every year.
ICC arbitration cases have involved parties of more than 170 different
nationalities.

Commercial Crime Service
ICC Anti-crime services help companies to avoid the potentially ruinous
consequences of falling victim to commercial crime. Commercial Crime
Services (CCS) have been advising companies on crime prevention and
security since the early 1980s. CCS maintains databases on criminal
methods and activities, carries out investigation and work with law
enforcement agencies.
CCS is active in crime prevention and investigation in these specific

Publishing
ICC Publishing SA is a wholly owned subsidiary of the International
Chamber of Commerce. As the publishing arm of ICC, it produces and
distributes books on all aspects of international trade. Their content is
derived from the work of ICC commissions, institutions and individual
experts. Topics range from banking practice, international commercial
arbitration, international contracts, commercial fraud and joint ventures,
to advertising, telecommunications and environment.
ICC Publishing also distributes titles by other publishers and welcomes
suggestions for future titles or new products.
Promotional pamphlets highlighting new titles, a variety of flyers and our
price list covering some 100 titles are all available.
